The clients sought to extensively update the lower floor and make additional upgrades to the second floor. The project concluded successfully in 2014 with one callback six years later due to failing kitchen cabinet paint. Although it was past any warranty or obligation for us to repair, we covered the cost for a cabinet repaint, ensuring the client’s satisfaction. The clients appreciated our dedication and left a 5-star review.
