Broken Top Remodel

This house, built in the 90s, underwent a transformative Bend home renovation in order to bring it into a more modern era. Initially, the clients planned to update the home in phases, starting with the upstairs. However, midway through the project, they decided to proceed with the downstairs renovation as well. This shift required careful coordination and seamless integration of combining the two phases, which we managed effectively despite the challenges posed by the COVID-19 lockdown.
